Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree /above  in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the digital marketing & E-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Min 6 month experience in above Responsibilities
